Kathmandu and Bhaktapur

A customary three days acclimatisation in Kathmandu always needs a trip through Thamel (we were staying in the heart of Thamel anyway), Durbar Square, Bhaktapur, and an early morning visit to Swayambhunath to see the monkeys off to work.
